Do you ever make a wish when you see 11:11 on the clock? Or feel like it’s kind of magical when your coffee order comes out to $8.88? Or maybe you were super excited about experiencing the once-in-a-lifetime date that was 2/22/22? 

Many people call these angel numbers, but that’s actually one of my biggest bugbears. 🙈

I prefer to call these patterns ‘repeating numbers’ – yes, I think they’re synchronistic (rather than coincidental), and yes I believe that they can serve to deliver cosmic messages…

…but there are so many people with social media accounts channeling the meanings of these numbers from the angelic realm (or just straight up offering their own interpretations) nowadays that everywhere you look, you see numbers and sequences being explained differently, and this can leave you feeling even more confused than you were in the freaking first place! 😕

But luckily…

You don’t have to sift through all this conflicting info if you don’t want to. You can use the numerological meanings of numbers as your one source of truth! ⬇️

1️⃣ First things first, look for your core numbers…

When you see repeating numbers, ask yourself if these are some of your core numbers (like your Life Path Number, Life Destiny Number, or Balance Number, for instance).

Depending on where certain numbers are in your overall numerology chart, the numbers could be communicating something very specific to you. 

For example, let’s say your Life Path is 1. If you continuously see the number 1, that could be the universe’s way of reminding you of your true essence. A Life Path 1 represents the Independent Leader. Are you leading in the moment you see your number? Are you showcasing your gifts? Or are you projecting the negative traits associated with the 1?

If you see your Balance Number repeatedly, this is an excellent time to pause and bring yourself back into alignment, whether that be through meditation, journaling, or even just taking a quick walk.

2️⃣ Then consider the general meaning of the numbers…

Here is a quick rundown of what the numbers may be telling you when you see them repeated:

1: Perhaps it is time to start something new or a new beginning is occurring. Innovation and creativity are excellent areas of life to focus on. Embrace your independence and go after what you want.

2: How balanced are you in this moment? Cooperation, balance and diplomacy are important at this time. Go slow and steady towards your goals. Also, partnership may be near.

3: Be sure to embrace and prioritise socialising, communication and fun! Avoid any negative pitfalls surrounding communication, such as judgement or gossip. Embrace the sunshine number!

4: Focus on your foundations right now. What needs to be tended to at home or at work during this time? How can you be more structured and methodical in your approach? Your hard work will pay off!

5: Time to embrace freedom and change! An unexpected curveball may be thrown your way. Excitement, travel and new experiences are calling to you. Just be sure to stay balanced and do not give in to hedonism.

6: How are you nurturing yourself during this time? Do you need to be nurtured? Now is a time to really indulge in selfcare and give yourself love. Responsibilities may also be burdening you, so examine what is truly important to give your time and energy to. Romantic love may also be around the corner.

7: You may be in need of some solo time right now. Or perhaps you are interested in learning a new topic? Be sure to follow your gut instincts now; they are guiding you towards your ultimate goal.

8: Got money on your mind? This is a time when money and power are your focus, or are calling to you. Thinking about asking for that pay rise? Do it! Is someone trying to overpower you? Not today! Embrace your power and shine for all to see.

9: How are you giving back to others? Is there a humanitarian effort that calls to you now? Philanthropy and helping others are good places to start.
